Program Description

Event Details

Join us on this date at our Jeffersonville location for Train Your Brain with Emma Finerfrock. Emma is a Purdue Extension Educator (Health and Human Sciences) - Clark County.

What is meant by Train Your Brain? Simply put, many different diseases can damage your brain and interfere with how well you move, speak, and think. Early diagnosis, if possible, is often the key to both your treatment and outlook (prognosis).

In today's program, Emma will talk about the things we need to become more aware or cognizant of, such as the incidence of dementia, understanding the 10 warning signs of Alzheimer's disease, and the benefits of early detection and diagnosis, plus the steps we can take to adopt a brain healthy lifestyle.

Pre-registration will be limited to 30 maximum, per the instructor.
