Join us on this date at our Jeffersonville location for an afternoon of Lunching & Learning & BINGO, brought to you by Oak Street Health!

Oak Street Health opened its Jeffersonville location on August 18, 2023.  It is located at 1437 Youngstown Shopping Center.  

Even though Oak Street Health specializes in care for Seniors or those 65+, this event is NOT age restrictive.

We ask that everyone pre-register so that we can make sure there will be adequate refreshments for lunch and seating for everyone.
