Name Change Clinic

Southern Indiana Pride and Jeffersonville Township Public Library are hosting a Southern Indiana Name Change Clinic to assist with obtaining legal name changes for Indiana residents. Dinsmore Law Office will facilitate the event. Our caring volunteers, including attorneys, paralegals, notaries and law students are available for free consultations and assistance completing the necessary forms. Volunteer attorneys will file the petitions and represent clinic clients at any necessary court proceedings on their petition. The event will take place in the library's Gates Lab.
