Join us on this date at the Jeffersonville location for a fun & informative afternoon of Lunch, Education, and BINGO, courtesy of Oak Street Health's Jennifer Vega!

Did you know that Oak Street Health opened its Jeffersonville location in August of 2023?  It is located at 1437 Youngstown Shopping Center on Tenth Street.  Even though Oak Street Health specializes in care for seniors (65+), today's event is NOT AGE RESTRICTIVE!

Everyone seems to love BINGO and we look forward to what Jennifer Vega with Oak Street Health has planned for us! When you see Jennifer, please thank her for the lovely lunch too!

We ask that everyone pre-register so that we will have enough food and seating available!
