On this date, Emma Finerfrock, Health and Human Sciences Educator, will be here with her 90-minute class on Holiday Leftover Makeovers!

The Holiday Season is a time of joyous celebrations and usually scrumptious food, but unfortunately there is often tremendous food waste involved.  Emma will help us learn how to reduce our own food waste from Thanksgiving to New Year's Eve.  During today's class, everyone will learn tips and tricks for repurposing their holiday leftovers.

Pre-Registration is limited to 20 participants and there will be a light refreshment demonstration.
