Program Description
Event Details
Join us for a creative and engaging Summer Reading program in partnership with the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana! In Discover Nature with a Journal, participants will receive their own blank nature journal and explore how to observe and reflect on the natural world. Through guided outdoor-inspired activities, kids will learn how to capture their favorite sights, sounds, and experiences using writing, drawing, and other journaling techniques.
While this program is offered in collaboration with the Girl Scouts, it is open to all children, no scouting affiliation required.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors.
