Event Details

Join us on this date when our special guest will be Jeffersonville resident Dr. Daniel Boone!

In his presentation, Dr. Boone first will educate and define for us what public art is and second he will cover public art in relation to Jeffersonville, Clarksville, and New Albany.  Each and every area is resplendent in both public art and photography.

Dr. Boone has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and is retired from the Veterans Administration in Louisville, KY. In February of 2024, he and Linh, his spouse, traveled to Viet Nam to celebrate the Asian New Year (Tet) wife her family and he graced us with an amazing presentation of their trip in May of 2024. In 2025, we are so pleased to be able to welcome Dr. Boone back to the library!

This presentation will be 45 minutes in length with 15 minutes of Q&A.
