Join us on this date when we welcome back Author Lichelle Beeler!
In the Spring of this year, Lichelle was here at the library promoting her first book, From the Depth of My Soul: My Journey Out of Depression, which was released in early 2023.
A native of Jeffersonville, Lichelle received her Master of Science degree in Education with a concentration in Secondary Education from Indiana University Ft. Wayne (IUFW).
During today's discussion, Lichelle will be using her book as a tool to help people integrate into the discussion - how to navigate through therapy - as well as - how to support someone who is dealing with depression.
Please note that during today's discussion, everyone will be treated with respect, dignity and with regard to privacy and safety concerns.
