Art Boxes Class: Exploring Boundaries Through Creativity!

Join us on this date for an amazing 90-minute class devoted to Art Boxes: Exploring Boundaries Through Creativity with Autumn Stevens.  The owner of Masterpiece Art Studio of Southern Indiana, Autumn is excited to be able to offer engaging and educational art classes for all ages here at the library, of course, and elsewhere.

In this 90-minute class, participants will learn how to create a Boundary Art Box. Art Boxes are a visual and hands-on way to explore and express personal boundaries. The outside of the box shows the limits we set to protect ourselves and the inside represents the values we cherish. Materials that will be used to decorate the outside of the box include paint, collage, or string. The inside of the box can be filled with symbols of what you value and protect, like affirmations or items. All of the materials used in this class are free to the participants.

Please note that parental attendance for younger participants is required and reservations necessary to ensure an organized experience for everyone.
