The Art Exhibit of Robert Holmes (June 2 - 30, 2025)

Join us on this date for the Opening of Robert Holmes' Art Exhibit!.

Robert Holmes began crafting after his early retirement due to a disability that confines him to a wheelchair. His art celebrates his interest in historic flags of the world, his love of nature, and his irrepressible sense of humor.

Over the years, Robert has created many representations of flags using barnwood and other found materials, many beautifully decorative but functional birdhouses and signs that express his sense of humor and joy.

From June 2 - June 30, 2025, Robert's extraordinary exhibit can be found in our Art Gallery, located on the second floor of the library. It is always open during the library's regular hours of business.

For those who may not know, Robert has a very special connection to the Jeffersonville Township Public Library. His beloved daughter is Diane Stepro, our Genealogy and History Librarian!
