Join us on this date only for the Adult Literacy Fair, which is being co-sponsored by United Way Metro and River Valley Resources Adult Education. This year, Adult Literacy Week is being celebrated from September 14-20.

The goal/purpose of this event is to bring together local organizations and resources to help adults improve their literary skills, connect with educational opportunities, and learn about community services. 

The reason River Valley Resources Adult Education chose our library as an ideal location in which to hold the Adult Literacy Fair is because of our commitment to literacy and lifelong learning.

This event is for adults, but open to all ages as there will be balloon artists and authors, as well as face painting available, all provided by River Valley Resources, along with other fun activities, plus snacks.
