Event Details
Travel back in time to glimpse the way 18th Century Hoosiers spent the winter holidays. Hear the story of the first Christmas celebrated by Clarkâs men, listen to the haunting music and eerie stories shared by Catholic French-Canadian settlers and Catholic Native Americans, and learn why many Christian settlers disapproved of Christmas celebrations. Best of all, sample figgy pudding and other holiday treats. This presentation is recommended for history buffs of all ages.
